Welcome to androidtech. As you would know that google has released the android 12 developer preview fro some Google pixel device user. Here are the names of the device's ( pixel) on which you can manually download the  android 12 developer preview.  
 Pixel 3 / 3 XL ; Pixel 3a / 3a XL ; 
Pixel 4  /  4 XL  ; Pixel 4a / pixel 4a 5G
And pixel 5 .

1 ---New features and API 'S
 Picture in Picture mode improvement As od android 11 PiP mode on single tapping gives us controls and navigation and now in android 12 you can see navigation and controls with PiP mode turn on.


While double taping on android 11 is giving us leaving the PiP mode ; but now on android 12 you can maximise or minimise the PiP window.

2---Audio coupled haptic effect 
       In the blog of android developer's it is written about new haptic efect aud which can be very effective while gaming. This xan also be useful in ringtones to identify the callers.

3---New notification type for phone calls 
     Now apps can choose the priority call showing call status and timing while exploring other apps.
