Realme Narzo 30 5G Specs, Price and features

 On 24 June 2021 realme launched Realme Narzo 30 5G and Realme Narzo 30 4G along with Realme Buds Q2 and Realme Smart TV. Both the phones, the TWS headphones and the Smart TV are meant for the budget buyers. Realme is expanding their last year launched Narzo series line-up. In 2020 they launched Narzo 10 and 20 series, in 2021 they launched Narzo 30 Pro and 30a in February. Now in June they are launching Narzo 30 4G and 5G variants. Both the phones have the similar specifications just the processors on both the devices are different. The Narzo 30 4G features Mediatek Helio G95 while the Narzo 30 5G features a Mediatek Dimensity 700 processor.

Performance specs

Realme Narzo 30 5G features a Mediatek Dimensity 700 5G Processor based on 7nm chip fabrication  process. The processors CPU specs are :Octa core (2.2 GHz, Dual core, Cortex A76 + 2 GHz, Hexa Core, Cortex A55). The phone comes with 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB UFS 2.1 Type Internal storage Expandable upto 1000 GB means upto 1 TB. This chipset is 5g and with good geekbench and anTuTu score it performs vefy well. These performance specifications are suitable for almost every task like using multiple apps , browsing the web or playing the intense graphic online games like Free fire. You can store movies and photos with available storage or can expand it with the use of MicroSD card. 

Display and Design 

The Narzo 30 5G specs are very similar to the company's predecessor Realme 8 5G   launched in April 2021. It's design is also very similar to that phone. There are some upgrades. The phone has 6.5 inches (16.51 cm) IPS-LCD display with 1080×2400 pixels screen resolution,20:9 Aspect ratio, pixel density 405 ppi. It also comes with 90Hz Refresh rate and 580 nits peak brightness. 

The Design specs includes 192 grams of weight, 162.3 mm height, 75.4 mm Width, 9.4 mm Thickness. Colour options are racing silver and racing blue. The triple rear camera setup is of rectangular type with the LED flash included in the camsra camera options. It's a glass back, with headphone jack downside the phone.

Camera

The triple rear camera setup of realme narzo 30 5g includes primary 48MP camera with an aperture of f/1.8 the other two are of 2MP (f/2.4) macro and depth. It includes LED flash, Video Recording at 3840x2160 @ 30 fps,1920x1080 @ 60 fps and image resolution of 8000×6000 Pixels. The front camera is of 16MP  (f/2.1) with Video Recording of 1920x1080 @ 30 fps,

1280x720 @ 30 fps. The cameras are good compared to the price of the device with HDR mode and portrait  mode, super Nightscape, AI Face recognition and much more. Selfie camera is also good as we can expect from Realme's parent company Oppo. You know how Selfies look in any oppo phones.

The phone comes with a 5000mAh Li-Polymer Non-Removable battery. It supports 30W quick charging with USB TYPE-C charger. The brand claims standby time of 768 hours (2G) and 100% charging in just 65 minutes.

Device run on the latest android operating system Android 11. It has a custom UI of the brand named Realme UI 2 based on android 11. The UI experience is simple without ADS but yes it has too much extra apps from Realme as Bloatware. You can delete some of the apps.

The sensors include a side mounted fingerprint scanner, Light sensor, Proximity sensor, magnetic induction sensor,    Accelerometer, Gyroscope. The phone also comes with 3.5 mm headphone jack and speaker. Well, at this price range the trend of giving AMOLED and STEREO SPEAKERS is not started yet.

Price 

The price of this smartphone is INR 15,999 for the 6-128 GB variant. This device is only available in this variable only. There is only one another 5G  phone other than Realme which is under 15,000. Poco M3 PRO 5G is that phone which is available in 4 and 6 GB RAM option. The prics is similar to this Realme Narzo 30 5G. This phone has more 5G bands than any other premium or mid range budget smartphone in India right now. You can buy this smartphone from Realme.com , Flipkart and offline stores.

Conclusion 

 The overall picture of this phone comes to a great value. If you want a phone right now and for long term then you can choose this one. Because 5G availability in India is expected around mid 2022. This phone has good 5G BANDS option which are very important for 5G connectivity in India. Indian telecome industry will divide the frequency range for 5G and so there will be too much of 5g bands needed in for seamless connection. This phone has good bands availability other than any chines Chinese Brands like ONEPLUS giving just one 5g band. Otherwise if you are changing your smartphone every two year or less than that , you can definitely save your money and buy a 4g budget  phone with good specifications. There are too much of 4g phones available like Redmi Note 10 Pro and Realme 8 Pro. Motorola G60 is your go to device if you don't want any bloatware in your phone.
