Oppo's Reno lineup has made quite a remarkable business in India for the premium segment. After the launch of Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G in earlier 2021, Oppo is launching it's successors Reno 6 and Reno 6 Pro, both are 5G capable. In these two smartphones Oppo has introduced the Mediatek Dimensity 1200 SoC for Reno 6 Pro and Mediatek Dimensity 900 for Reno 6. This camera focused series again offers some interesting specifications. There is a 64MP primary camera shooter in both the phones. Both the devices have the same specs besides SoC and Battery. Except chipset, this series is purely like the Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5g. We will give details of those specifications.

Performance Specs
Dimensity series of Mediatek is so much improved over the 4G series of processors from the Mediatek. The Oppo Reno 6 Pro is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 1200 SoC with CPU specs including Octa core (3 GHz, Single core, Cortex A78 + 2.6 GHz, Tri core, Cortex A78 + 2 GHz, Quad core, Cortex A55) and GPU of Mali -G77 MC9. The processor is built on 6nm fabrication process and 64 bit architecture. The available RAM and Internal storage of this device are 12GB LPDDR4X -256GB UFS 3.1( not expandable ). There is also additional 7GB RAM expansion feature which is not useful as the device already have 12GB which is more than enough.
Display and Design
Oppo Reno 6 Pro 5G comes with 6.5 inches (16.64 cm), Full HD (1080 x 2400 pixels), HDR 10 certified, super AMOLED display technology. The screen to body ratio claimed by the brand is 92.1%, aspect ratio of 20:9, Pixel Density-402 ppi and brightness of 800 nits. At the top, the punch hole ( Bezel-less) screen is protected by the Gorilla glass 5, 90Hz refresh (180 Hz touch sampling) rate capacitive touchscreen, multi-touchable. The Design specs are very beautiful as it is an Oppo device. The glass back has 20+ patent's colour design changing with sunlight which makes it beautiful in hand. The phone's Height, Width and Thickness are (160 mm × 73.1 mm × 7.6 mm). Device is slim and lightweight with 177 grams. It's in two colours Aurora and Stellar black.
Camera Specs
This is where Oppo Reno has some interesting video and photo features which are best in class. The Quad rear camera setup includes 64MP (f/1.7) primary camera along with 8MP(f/2.2) ultra-wide and 2MP macro and 2MP depth camera. It also has phase detection autofocus, LED Flash, image resolution of 9000×7000 pixels, exposure compensation, ISO control and much more. It supports 4K (3840x2160) videos @ 30 fps and 2K (1920x1080) videos @ 60 fps. Oppo Reno 6 Pro runs on Android v11 with Oppo's custom UI ColourOS 11.3 out of the box. It has single speaker supporting Dolby Atmos for speaker and earphones. It doesn't have 3.5 mm audio jack and IR blaster. It has optical in-display fingerprint sensor, Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Compass Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Colour temperature sensor. It has curved display.
